Hello Guys, I am helping my 16 yo rebuild his 93 ext cab 4x4. I was wondering if I can change a non vented door to a vented window door with the guts from his badly dented non closing door. I searched but no luck. I'm also changing out his front and rear diffs to 4.88 since he runs 33's. Vinyl floor going in with bucket seats and console out of a 4runner. I'll post some pics tomorrow along with my 1972 hilux i recently found in the woods 20 years after leaving it there.

I think it'll work if its the same generation body. A 93 would be third gen pickup, 2nd gen Runner, so as long as body styles are the same, I would give it a go.

I'm dying to see the '72. I wanna find one a do a turbo 3rz and 6spd. After the Runner, after the Cruiser, etc...

Pickups and 4runner have different length doors. (unless the doors are from a 2-door 4runner).
Now, if they are both from the same truck, you should be able to swap the guts. On my 1st gen 4r, i had to drill a couple holes to bolt up the wing window frames in the right position. No biggie.
