Vehicle Speed Sensor

I have a 1986 yota pickup 4x4 and cannot seem to locate the vehicle speed sensor, it is on the transmission right?

I can not get the manual to upload...it is on the transmission right?

Usually on the back of the speedometer (if you have a cable-driven speedo), at least that is where it is on my '85.

both cable and electronic are located on the right hand side of the transmission. Electrical with 3 wires....
