uneven front end

Passenger side of my 95 4Runner is about an inch lower than the driver side. That is the fender is an inch closer to the ground. Is this shocks?

Get a skinnier girlfriend....just kidding. It is odd though because toyota usually seem to problems sagging in the rear, not side to side. Does your truck have any issues pulling one way or another? Tires the same size? I ask that because I bought a truck a few years ago that one tire was a 245, and the other three were 225's. Measure the top of the fender to top of the tire too. As mentioned could a weak torsion bar, but cranking a torsion bar on one side could preload the suspension to where the ride is affected.

There is 1" difference from the tire to fender. Tires are new and the same size. There is a 1/2" difference tire to fender in the back side to side. This truck is new to me. Last owner may have had an affinity for "big boned" The truck runs straight as an arrow.

Adjusting the tortion bar fixed it right up (pun intended). We hit the bolts with WD 40 a few days ahead of time and followed the instructions on the link above. Took about twenty minutes. On it's way to the allignment shop this afternoon. Thanks to all.

The guy at the allignment shop said the frame looked good. He also said it looked as it someone had tried done an "extremeley amature" allignment.
