I have an 87 pickup 22re I rebuilt and it wont run has new fuel pump and filter also is getting fuel to the rail and has spark and will run of starting fluid when sprayed in the intake. I looked at the computer and it has a corroded electrodes and smells kinda burnt I need to check the ecu harness, but what are your guys thoughts what it could be.

From what you said it sounds like your injectors are not getting the signal to fire.
Could just be a poor or corroded connection poor ground connection
If it ran before and you didn`t hook things up wrong and fry the ECU or have it sitting in a bucket of water for a few days.
I would look at connections

Just a thought - I think if the throttle position sensor is not adjusted properly, it might give you similar trouble. I'm not certain, but it might be something to check out next if what they said above doesn't work.
