Hello need a bit of advise. This is my first Toyota so very new to them. I m currently lookng to rebuild a trans for my rig which is a 1987 reg cab 4x4 22r with a g52 and not sure on the case. My question is I've heard the w56 is the best/most popular swap for durability act is this what I should be looking for and if so which one thanks

Ive been told that 6cyl manual transmissions are the strongest. Marlin crawler makes adapter plates.
