Transmission help!

Transmission help!
Im quite sure the info is here somewhere i just cant find it in the sea of transmission posts. My O/D light is flashing and im quite sure its one or more of the solonoids sticking. I just want to know which ports to jumper off for the diagnostic codes. A link to the extisting post would be great! 1995 2wd 4Runner 3.0l auto tranny
