i have a 91 toyota pickup regular cab and was thinking of putting on baja rear fenders and a baja full front end and i was wondering how hard it is to make the custom brackets for the front end

They are make fenders that are bolt on.

 

For ivan stewart kit from Downey, you just have to make a couple cross members for the hood mount pins. If you go to a metal shop, then can usually cut them to length for you, given you know the measurements. The fenders are bolt on. You can bolt the cross members to the inner fender wall, where fenders bolt on. Easy.
