testing rear coils

I have read the threads on the 3rd gen rear sag and want to know if I take the coils spring (still installed) and squeez it with one hand how much play or movement or resistance should there be?

I tried this a few minutes ago and could squeez the coil just fine with one hand. Not sure if this is normal or not.

I installed Bilsteins 13000 miles ago, they are not leaking, but when the truck is fully loaded it sags... alot... Shocks or Coils? or Both?

Shocks don't lift the suspension they dampen the ride.

Sag is coils.
