Synethic gear lube change interval

I switched over to Amsoil synthetic gear lube in the front and rear differntials and transfer case of my 2002 4Runner 4WD auto about 22K miles ago. What is the general consensus on the change interval (mileage and/or time) for the Amsoil synthetci gear oil? Thanks.

I believe 50k but not sure.

More importantly, do you have extended breathers and are you sure no water has gotten in there?
