Question Rear e-locker installation question

I am sure this has been discussed on this board, but my question may be a little different than most. I was wondering how difficult it would be to install an e-locker in a 3rd gen that came without one. I know that the housing is totally different and that I would have to locate a complete axle. What I am really wondering is how difficult it would be to wire the system in and if the wiring is possibly in the console as happenstance. I know certain wiring is in all vehicles rather they have it or not. Let me know your thoughts or direct me to some tech articles please.
