Sway Bar bushing replacement

I've been driving around with a slight squeek coming from othe front end.
Last week, I was crawilng around underneath, and noticed that the bushings on the front sway bar are... dead.

So, I have been looking around to see if there are any threads that will give me a PN for new bushings.
Right now, I am considering either Energy suspension 25mm universal bushings or the kit from Wheelers.
http://www.wheelersoffroad.com/4runswaykit.htm

1. What is your opinion/experience on these?
2. I have never replaced sway bar bushings. How hard it is, and how much time should I expect? (I assume that I cant just loosen the original bolts, pop in the new bushings and I am done - rather I will have to take a bunch of "stuff" off?)

Thanks for the help.

I bought the energy suspension bushing and they are good. They are easy to install, the hardest part was getting the steering stabalizers off but even that wasn't too bad.

Took an hour or 2, me being useless with tools.

I just installed a poly swaybar set from wheelers. https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/poly-swaybar-bushings-85293/ They went in easy. Mine were shot also. The kit comes with poly bumpstops also, I did not use them I kept the original rubber ones.

Super easy. I as well just replaced the sway bar bushing and not the bumpstops.
My OEM bushings didn't see warn however the energysuspension ones made a noticable differance.

Why not just take the sway bar off....

I recently took the bar off my 89 4Runner and there is almost no difference with the on-road performance, but it makes a alot of difference.

Just my 2 cents
