Question strange noise

hello peoples got a problem i just did a timing chain on my 94 yota 2wd everything went good and it was my first time doing one but i got everything back together added my fluids and did my timing and it is balls on 5 btdc. but i have a noise that sounds like its coming from the oil pump it almost sounds like a turbo spooling when i rev it all my parts are brand new fellas i need help its driving me nuts thank you

so i took the oil pump to see and what i found is that the oil (which is new)was milky white so i cleaned it and reinstalled everything and took to a shop because im lost i dont know what can be causing this does any1 here know

the noise problem was the alternator bearing and the milky white oil was because i used brake cleaner to clean the timing cover

Are the belts new? Maybe a break in period is needed.
