Clean your terminals off really well and it shouldnt do it again. The positive and negative side. Everything can work but you starter will just click if the connection there is bad. If it does it again then trace your hole ignition and clean and check any connections. The last thing to check should be your starter

Im not sure what Foot0069's link says, but if cleaning your terminals doesnt help even though ill bet thats it, i think the 94 starters have too wires going to the starter. One is a small pigtail and the other is a bolt on hoop with a boot over it.This would be the place too check and clean if it does it again unless your terminals just keep fouling up and you need new ones.

Sounds like starter contacts. Go bad in toyota starters all the time. If it does it again, keep turning the key letting it click, do it real fast, and then if it catches all of a sudden, then thats your problem. Contacts are cheap and easy to replace
