Solid axel swap HELP

Solid axel swap HELP
Ok so I did a solid axel swap on my 86 4runner... Rebuilt the axel put the ifs calipers on with fj 80 rotors... All the standard stuff. My question is what to do about hooking up the front driveshaft. It's has a sky offroad solid axel bracket with 2 inches extra lift and it has pro comp lift springs in the front. My driveshaft doesn't have enough angle to get to the front flange. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has run into this problem

Have a Longer drive shaft built!!
Since everything else is in place measure flange to flange
That will give you the distance you need plus allowance for movement as the suspension flexes .
There might be some factory yard ones that could work but the time it takes to hunt one.

The c/v joint on the front driveline of the IFS trucks and 4runners does not deflect to the same degree as the ones used on the solid axle models. You might have to change to the earlier style c/v or see if you can find one in a wrecking yard and have it lengthened and rebuilt.

Measure from the Driveshaft flange to the Pinion flange. Whatever distance you are short that is how much you need to have it lengthened. I only paid $120 at a local Driveshaft shop to have mine extended. I dont mess around with drive shafts. I would much rather have a professional do it right the first time then take a chance of it the new metal twisting, welds breaking under the force or whatever.... either way. it's worth the investment. Get it extent ended. If you feel confident in your own welds then do it yourself.

I work for Lincoln electric so I'm pretty confident in my welds.... The issue I have isn't with the length of the driveshaft cause I can lengthen it... The problem is the cardigan joint doesn't let the shaft drop enough to come close to connecting to the axel flange... I can put degree shims to tilt the pinion up some but it still won't be enough to bolt up
