Salvage Yard Coils??

Salvage Yard Coils??

Is there any chance that a salvage yard would have any decent condition coils to lift a 3rd Gen 4runner?

Yeah if they have fj 80 coils...Or jeep TJ coils...

Are those coils year specific? and how much lift would you guess?

Depending on your year runner, The 99 runner coils will give you the best lift..As for the FJ80 coils, I hear they give upwards of 3" Rear lift...You'll have to find someone who is running those for exact numbers. As for the TJ coils, I dont really know any numbers on those, But IIRC they are aboot the same diameter, so they are an easy fit.
