Rod bearings install
Hey guys i'm building a 22r right now and I just probably over tightened one of the rod cap bolts another 10 ft lbs give or take some and I wanted to be sure on the rest so I loosened all the rod bearings and re torqued them correctly.
Should I be fine to run this or does it need new bearings which would take a while to get?

I wouldn't be worried about the bearings. I'm pretty sure they'd be fine. Overtightening one, or both, of the rod bolts a little wouldn't likely damage them in any way. Maybe if you really got carried away with it and WAY overtightened them. But the bolts would probably snap, or the nut's threads would strip, before you could harm the bearings by significantly distorting the big end of the rod(if that's even achievable at all by overtightening the bolts/nuts).
What might worry me would be the threads on the nut being damaged(more likely), or possibly the rod bolt being stretched a little bit(less likely). But I really don't think an extra 10 ft.lbs. on a nut or bolt that's meant to take 51 ft.lbs. is going to hurt either one of them very much(if at all). Anyways, if you wanted to be fussy about it, you could replace that rod bolt and/or nut.
