Replacing rotors

My brother in law is on his way here for a brake job and I was wondering if I need a puller to remove his front rotors on a '97 2WD 4-Runner?

Thanks, Jason

Not sure about 97 but especially on a 2wd I think that replacing rotors would be easy, no 4wheel drive hub body to disassemble. You should just have to unbolt the caliper, unbolt the rotors and replace with new ones and then reattach the caliper. Then again I drive an 89 pu and know nothing about 97's so if anyone knows that it is different than what I have described feel free to correct me.

No hub, so should just come right off easy I assume.

All 3rd gen Runners are the same, remove the caliper and the rotor just comes of. No need to mess with hubs and bearings like on the 2nd gens.
