The Factory Service Manual (FSM) has a detailed procedure for doing so.

The windows are held in place with butyl sealant tape, to remove the windows you need to remove the black trim on the inside from around the window, the take a putty knife and work it around between the window and the top carefully prying as you go to work the window loose, then from the outside you can pull the window free. You will need to get some butyl sealant tape to reinstall the window properly.
