Removing the rear bumber on my 86 4Runner

Removing the rear bumber on my 86 4Runner
I'm looking to start converting my 4runner into more of a rock crawler vs. a daily driver. I think it looks pretty cool when they have the rear bumpers removed or just a really subtle rear tube bumper. Could anyone recommend tips for taking the rear bumper off and any good, inexpensive rear tube bumpers?
