So i have a 91 4runner auto 4wd. now i want to do like a crawler dd but i dont know what kinds mods i can run. i can never find anything for that specific year. my question is can i put gear and mods on that would go on any 2nd gen? or would it be something more specific. i have searched on here but have not succeeded yet. any help would be appreciated.

 

Yes you have a 2nd gen 4runner.

 

Even if its the 4 door?

2 door 2nd gens are not so common.

 

Okay. That helps alot. Ive had plans in my mind but couldnt figure out what i was able to put on it.

 

What ideas do you have for it?

 

34 swap brand new tranny swap to a manual sas roll cage custom front and rear bumpers along with sliders redo the interior and from there on it would be all looks. Basically have and older looking yota from the outside but brand new tech on the underside.
