Well, welcome to the forum. Here is what I did and I lived on the third floor of an apartment and still do, though now I have one with a garage. Back on topic. You can rent a engine lift, so you don't have to store it. And do it yourself. 22r is a very easy engine to work on. Plus there is lots of DIY info out there. Here in Colorado it snows and rains, so at times I would do the work on top of plastic sheets in my living room. And at other times I would do the work out in the parking lot.

As you are in Phx. there probably hundreds of places that will rebuild that for you if you want to go that route. Small mechanic places could. I just find it a lot cheaper to do the work myself. Best of luck to you.

Just wondering how are you planning to get your engine out of your truck and to a shop anywhere in the US? But, if you can, this place is local to me and inexpensive, they have an "A" BBB rating, and they guarantee parts and labor for 3 years/36K:

I'm thinking of having them rebuild my 3.4.
