rear bilstein shock install question

OK I know I'm retarded but I can't see how to install the top of the rear bilstein shock on the 1.2 lift. Do I need the hex head to hold the threads while I tighten the nut? Any help would be appreciated.

I ended up wedging the allen wrench into position and tighten the nut. I was just hoping there was as easier way.

Next time you ask a question be sure to add more detail about what year and model you have. It helps when people know what you have to help aid questions
