R151f balance weight

I have bought a gearbox that is supposed to be a 2002 r151f. I've looked at another 2002 hilux and the box is a bit different. The clutch lever is on the opposite side and there is no balance weight . Can any one help me identify my gearbox?

Hilux means it was imported to the USA or your in a different country ?

Not sure just what a balance weight is never having seen a Hilux .

My 151F the clutch is on the left not sure what your other side is

Yeah I probably should have given a bit more info. I am in Australia.
I have a 95 Hilux dual cab, 2.8 litre diesel with an aftermarket Schweitzer turbo.. The G52 gear box couldn't handle the turbocharged motor so I,m upgrading to a r151f from a factory turbocharged model . I hope I was sold the correct gearbox. My friend has a 2002 hilux and his tranny looks a little different to the one I bought, even though they are supposed to be the same. Mine has a balance weight on the back and his does not.
