Questions about Parts in Washington State
Hey guys,
Noob here, been trolling for a while on the site, finally just got myself a 91 nearly stock 4wd, manual pickup.
It has some nice landcruiser? wheels, but otherwise is pretty much the way she came from the factory, 230,000 miles ago....
I know for sure I need to replace the passenger idler arm, inner and outer tie rods, the driver door hinge, and I'd like to toss in a SR5 dash (mostly for the tach) I know I need the oil pressure sender too.
The question is: Where is the best place to get the parts? I suspect the door hinge and SR5 dash would be best sourced from a local pick and pull, but I am not familiar with my relatively new location (the greater seattle area). I assume the steering gear is best sourced new, preferably OEM, can anyone comment? Good OEM parts stores online or local in Washington?
Thanks in advance for helping out a Toyota noob!
