94' Pickup 22RE, EGR delete, new head all clean mechanically

It has a rough idle, spits back through intake off idle, no power off idle unless i ease into it slowly.

I have replaced the TPS and set it accordingly. Timing is 5 BTDC. new plugs, plug wires cap and rotor. still need to check codes but wanted to see what you guys thought...

Any feedback appreciated!

 

Is that with the jumper in T to E1? It matters a lot.

Correct brand (NGK or Denso ONLY?), and gaps checked before installation? Again, it matters.

The codes would be a huge help for us to know.
