first off its a 92 pickup 22re 5speed 4x4
issue: im having an idle issue it idles rough at times not all the time though
i dont know much about these trucks but it accels fine and drives fine just everyonce in a while at idle it feels like it miss fires
so far ive replaced plugs and wires cleaned kn filter and replaced maf sensor
next is rotor and cap

does anyone have any ideas please pm me

After doing all of the ignition try checking your EGR vavle, that was the issue in my truck. At first it had no power loss but after time it was clear. As for the randomy misfire, i have no idea
