Problem adjusting my Sway-A-Way's

My Sway-A-ways C/Os are adjusted way too high. I need to lower them, but can't get the top plate to turn with the Spanner Wrench. The CV angles are too high I feel vibrations at around 60 mph and I already went through 2 CV axles.

Northridge Toyota (Los Angeles) adjusted them at that height but they didn't lower them when I asked Evan. They're helpful but since its a dealership they probably don't work too much on aftermarket stuff. I bought the C/O's there.

I lifted up one side with a jack and removed the set screw, sprayed WD40 but no luck turning the plate. Second thing is the upper A-arm makes it tough to turn the spanner wrench. I don't have a lot of tools so its tough to take out the C/O's to adjust.

I e-mailed Lance (Goodtimes) he was helpful in directions on how to go about adjusting them, I tried but can't seem to adjust them down.

Anyone in Los Angeles know of a good shop that will adjust C/O's down? Or I don't mind paying someone on YT knowledgable enough to adjust C/Os in Los Angeles area.

Thanks

Some pics if anyone can help...

Pics if this helps anyone see my problem. Passenger side outer boot angle.

Passenger side 2.25 inches of threads showing.

Driver side outer boot angle.

Driver side 2.75 inches of threads showing. I think this is way too high.

Think the vibrations are coming from Passenger side CV axle, that is the original one. Pictured driver side was a rebuilt axle. The one pictured broke so I have another similar one now, I just have to drive carefully over bumps. Thanks to California Tire in Newbury Park, they replaced the broken axle without any questions.

I have OME 890 coils in the rear and front sits about 0.5 inch higher then the rear.

Just an update. I was able to adjust the C/O's myself by reading further in the suspension faq's section. The following picture really helped me understand how to go about doing this. http://4rnr.net/strut5.jpg

Rented strut spring compressor's from Autozone and went at it. Thanks for the FAQ's.

Talking adjustment of coil overs

I have the same set up on my 03 tacoma 4x4. The only difference is I installed the camburg uni-ball upper a-arms. This could be what is causing your problem some say that without the a-arms adjustment is tricky at best.
This part will give you a little more travel than stock upper a-arms. The parts are on a web site Performanceproducts4trucks.com and cost around $500 for the set.
