ok my 1990 toyota 4 runner 3.0 v6 has no power after the timing belt was changed could i have one of the cams off also when the crank is set to 0 is the rotor supposed to be pointing at number 1 cylinder to indicate its a tdc it idles great and starts like it always has i cant figure it out

 

i also have this problem but it was after i replaced the head gaskets.
