Opinions on 22RE ECU

Hey guys just finished rebuilding my 22re and in the process of wiring. I was planning to run a microtech ECu (as I got it for cheap) however pulling the thing out of storage it no longer wants to work.

The question is what to do now? I dont have stock loom/computer just a fresh engine with an EFI intake. I live in Australia and 22re's are quite rare down here so it is not likely I can find a stock 22re ECU unless I get lucky. I am wondering if any other more common ECU's would run the 22re. Celica springs to mind but I have no idea?

The 22RE was used in Celicas, so if you can find one you should be able to make the computer and engine wiring harness work in your truck.
