Question Oil selection

My 1991 3VZE is pushing 190k. She has had all the major work done within the last 50-60k miles. I was wondering what yall would suggest I run in her oil wise. It has always ran 10W-30 from the original owner, but I was wondering if I should go with something a little heavier given the mileage.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
