Oil in plenum

So been having troubles with a 87 Toyota with a 22ret in it. First the fuel filter was plugged bad not injectors and oil in the plenum. What could be causing that? I replaced the injectors with brand new ones and its doing the same thing. Wont idle at all when I replaced the injectors I noticed oil in the plenum and also in the lower part of the plenum?? Brain isn't working sorry but there is four valley's ahh ahh ahh goes into the engine. Get the picture anyway has oil there as well. So runs terrible at a low speed wont idle. So im sure its because there is oil where it is not supposed to be but not sure how to fix the problem. Can someone give me a direction? Thanks folks

Going down the list
check PCV valve
Check compressor exit side of the turbo for oil residue, seals may be going out.

I am new to the Toyota's. Could you please be a little more descriptive about the compressor and turbo where to look and such and what to look for. I checked the pcv shook it and it moved and clicked. Where could a fella find a schematic of the vac lines to the turbo. Wondering if I have a line in the wrong place??? Thanks again.
