newbie - another cat theft victim needs help pls.

Hello everyone!
I'm a new registrant, although I have been occasionally reading forum discussions. I'm also a new member of the cat theft victims "club", and would appreciate much your input regarding my 99 SR5 runner.
For economic reason, I intend to just replace with an after-market brand (ie. Magnaflow, Eastern, etc.) cat.
I would like to ask your recommendations of brand and model/part # that you know would be a suitable and economical cat replacement, and also (importantly) not cause CEL or O2 sensor error codes.
The thief cut the pipe between the two O2 sensors (approx 24" gap), so I'm assuming both sensors can stay and would still be usable.
BTW, I've seen some cat pics with "air tubes", but I don't know if that's the right model to choose, or whether the oem one has that air tube or not.
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INPUT OR RECOMMENDATION!

CI/CO (center in/center out) Magnaflow off ebay, then have a reputable shop weld it in. The fee to weld it in should not exceed $100 (although new flanges and gaskets might bring it to $100). Your sensors and everything should be fine.

Total cost should be under $200.

Low-life losers that do this sort of thing...I swear.

Thanks rpainter for your response. I'm going to look into that magnaflow cat. Hopefully it works out well for my ride. Have a good day!
