Have a 91' 4 runner w the v6 replaced powersteering pump no more noise but still no powersteering,have bled lines and removed air also driverside front tire is making growling sounds randomly but stops when not moving any ideas?

 

your power steering box(gear) could be dead, would explain the noise coming from the fron drivers side.

 

thanks will type of fluid make any differance looks like ps fluid but was told atf?

 

it should be atf. if it was running power steering fluid. you could have quite possibly ruined the gear.
