Smile new gear time

hey all just looking for some feedback with my new diff swap. heres the deal. Im getting a loaded ifs 7.5 4.88 for me front. and I found through a little research and facts from 4crawler that many auto tranny, stock large tire rigs came with 4.875 gears in the diffs. well anyway as a effort to save a dollar. some one please tell me that all of the aftermarket folks out there are in fact rounding up.. im at ground zero with a naked frame, and would hate to have her grind to a stop on the virgin 4wd engagement......thanks all. any feedback would be awsome!

Yes, it is rounded up. Stock gears from Toyota are 4.875, commonly called the 4.88.

If that were the case, I just swapped 4.555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555 5555555555 (4.56) into mine.
