Question Need new exhaust.. have a few ?'s

OK so i have a 94 4runner SR5 4x4 3.0 A/T.
Im thinking about putting all new piping (mines all rusted) removing the Cat. (i live in SC and theres no emissions reg's) and putting on Flowmaster Super 40...
Yay or nay?
any suggestions that i might have missed?
thanks...

Yea go with a high flow cat if replacing everything, its going to be super loud if u go with the flowmaster 40. It all depends on personal preference if you want it loud or not. I put a magnaflow on my 22re and its got a deep sound, nothing loud at all you cant even hear it hardly in the cab...I like it. But if you do decide to take the cat off...just straight pipe it...lol I had a friend straight pipe his 22re,...and it sounded like a tractor....talking louuuuuud!

Keep some kind of cat. I'm pretty sure the air in S.C. moves around freely like all the other air in the world.

This is exactly what I have on my 84 22r. My exhaust pipe is 2.5-inch, I think. Maybe a little loud, but not obnoxious, with my high flow head and 261 cam from engnbldr, almost sounds like a V8.
