Hello, my truck is a 91 toyota pickup.
first of all, my truck got stuck in a big puddle of water.. then i had to tow it out because water got into the cylinders and blew the engine. so then i bought a used motor and installed it, took the flywheel off and brought it to the machine shop, new clutch, changed the oil in my transmission. when i did all that, everything worked fine.. But once the truck got warmed up while driving like 15 mins or so.. i step on the gas and it feels like it wont go any faster... like its trying to but it wont just speed up for some reason? i dont know what it is. can someone help me out with this??

air cleaner? or maybe its just a four cyl.

 

its a v6, air cleaner is good. this only happens when its like 10-15mins warm
