Need help with antenna.

So I installed the Pioneer DEH-P5900IB deck in my 1992. Now everytime I power the deck on, the darn antenna goes up even if I'm not listening to the radio. Is there a way I can wire the deck so that the antenna stays down unless I want to listen to the radio? The harness I got has 1 blue wire, and 2 blue wires from the deck that lead into one. I know the antenna cable needs to be plugged in for my rear speakers to work cause the amps run off the same power.

The Remo should be for a remote wire for an amp..
But there should be another cable that says "ant"

when i first got my 90 it had a sony installed in it. and like you any time the stereo was on the antenna was up. well it broke from hitting a tree.

The first gens had a switch where you could raise/lower the antenna. i would look into that if i were you!

same thing happened with my kenwood. I disconnected the antenna for a while, and just recently replaced it with an antenna from a pickup. It's not the same as the taco whip mod but it's a hell of a lot cheaper, the assembly/whip was only like $40 new from the dealership.
