wanna build a bumper for my 86 out of 1/4 inch steel. got two 3ftx3ft peices. need ideas, people please post pics.

You are also kind of limited by the size pieces you are working with .

Do you also need to build a base for mounting a winch??

Just thinking I have a idea . After all these years it comes easy

best advice is to start looking at bumper pics either here with the image search, google images or one of the pirate bumper threads. then grab yourself some bristol paper or cardboard, a shank, and some tape to make a template and figure out the design you want.
