Loud poping noise comin from front end??????

Ive got a 92 toyota pickup and when your driving down the road and you hit a bump there is a loud poping noise coming from somewere in the front end. The noise gets worse when ur crawling around in the woods in 4low. I have no idea what it could be or were to even begin. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

no leaf spring in the front of a 92. Unless of course he's SAS'd or has an imported diesel hilux.
