lift questions
planning on gettin a lift for my 96 t100 either a 3in body or 4in suspension what does everyone recommend? and if i put 33s in after either lift does anyone kno the overall ride height id like to have it still fit in the garage

Suspension lifts will allow for bigger tires and more travel, body lifts will just allow for bigger tires. Either way, your clearance is always limited to the size of your tires because they determine how high the rear axle is off the ground. In an IFS truck, you'll have more clearance in the front from a suspension lift, but that doesn't matter since your rear axle (diff) stays at the same height untill larger tires bring it up.

In an IFS truck, a suspension lift will give you more ground clearance in the front only, but it doesn't matter because the rear axle (diff) stays at the same height unless you put bigger tires on to raise it. In other words, the lowest point on the truck stays the same.
Since either lift allows for bigger tires, you can get more ground clearance from either.
