Well, what size tires do you have now?
Also, body lifts are to fit bigger tires, and suspension lifts are for ground clearance.
What do you plan on doing? Lots of 4x4ing?

Suspension lifts will allow for bigger tires and more travel, body lifts will just allow for bigger tires. Either way, your clearance is always limited to the size of your tires because they determine how high the rear axle is off the ground. In an IFS truck, you'll have more clearance in the front from a suspension lift, but that doesn't matter since your rear axle (diff) stays at the same height untill larger tires bring it up.

Actually, both body and suspension lifts allow for bigger tires but neither lift alone gives you more ground clearance because that is determined by your tire size. The difference between the two lifts is a suspension lift gives you more travel.

In an IFS truck, a suspension lift will give you more ground clearance in the front only, but it doesn't matter because the rear axle (diff) stays at the same height unless you put bigger tires on to raise it. In other words, the lowest point on the truck stays the same.

Since either lift allows for bigger tires, you can get more ground clearance from either.

Yeah, you should have no problem mounting those tires on your stock wheels.
