Leaf springs

Leaf springs
Hi, I just have a base model 2.4L 88 pickup. it has 305k miles on it. I'm kind of a newbie mechanic. I was wondering what leaf springs should I get and are they difficult to install?
Would these suffice?

Welcome. Your question is pretty vague. More details would be great. Are you looking for just replacement springs to bring it back to stock. Are you looking for a lift? If so do you want a wheeler or mall crawler? If you want a wheeler a lift is probably not the best first mod. Lockers, rock sliders, armor are probably all way better mods to start with. These little trucks seem to do vey well with out lift. It's more about traction on the ground. Also if your lifting it you should have a ifs front suspension. This would require different parts than springs for a front end lift. Let us know what you want in detail and you will probably get more answers than you want. Also check out the stickies in the newbie section and learn to love the search function.
Once again welcome to yotatech.

Clarity
I took a picture to help. I just want to be able to commute to work, roll over speed bumps without bouncing around. I guess I just need stock leaf springs but if I don't think I would mind if I had some leaf springs that raise it 4 in if there is a deal on them. Unless that's a bad idea having it higher in the back than in the front. Thanks for any help.

While I dot know a lot about 2wd suspension. I would recommend shopping around for a used set of springs at your local wrecking yard. Just for price comparison I am sure some one who knows more about your truck than I do will chime in soon enough. Best of luck
Once again learn to search first. We have a dedicated 2wd/pre runner section. I went to google and put in. 88 2wd suspension on yotatech. Came up with lots of threads.
Not trying to be mean but you will get answers a lot faster with search and or at least narrow down your questions.

Yes if you have never done it before Changing springs will have you inventing new combinations of curse words and perhaps new ones for America.
What part of the country your in also plays a big part just how hard things are.
Figure just what is your goal for changing springs.
Are the ones you have just worn out??
