It's working! Thank you to all esp ZUK!
The ARB is installed and working! I torqued the one side to 150 FT/Lb, .0085 B/L was the final result. Had to buy new o-rings though. ...(dont ask) 
ARB held 101 psi for about 1hr. Tested in truck, drove around neighborhood, Barked around corners real good locked! It did get hot pretty quick though. will run a few short trips to break-in and go easy for 1K.
