Question Intermittent stalling 92 4runner

Hi there so here's what's I got! 92 auto v6 4runner will intermittently stall now it idles rough then stalls out with check engine light on
Taken to garage numerous times for this problem code is just a misfire
Also lacks power on acceleration and poor fuel economy
So what I've had fixed as educated guesses on the mechanics part

Starter
Fuel filter
Timing
Egr valve
Igniter
02 sensors replaced
Air filter
New battery
Plugs and wires
Fuel pump
Catalytic converter
Head gasket
Now the gasket I don't believe was going but mechanic said there was fuel in the coolant... Yes fuel
Also there are no vacume leaks
I'm stuck at this point the dealership wants an arm and leg to look at it not including length time they will have it for I don't want to sell it I love this vehicle but this drive ability issue is dangerous because it happens unexpected can someone pls help

Stop throwing educated guess parts at the truck and diagnose the problem. Use the link in my signature to download or use the online FSM. Go to 3VZE MFI System Diagnosis, get out your multimeter, and start diagnosing properly.
First thing to do is to check for codes. Test any parts that are throwing a code, and go from there. Do a compression test on all 6 cylinders to check the internals. You will find the "how to" for this in the FSM as well. Report back with results from testing and diagnosing, and members here will start helping you.
We can not help you with "Rough Guessing".

My mechanic ran a compression test I will try and get ahold of him to get results but as for diagnosing codes it's always just a miss fire and everything I've replaced is what the mechanic believed was causing the misfire I took it to another shop he ran diagnostic came back same misfire he can't figure out Wat it is he at this point thinks its the ecm

Problem codes on 3VZE's are not just a misfire. The problem codes we get are a bad part. Grab yourself a paperclip and unfold it, making it into a U shape, go to the FSM online, and read how to get flash out codes yourself under the heading "R.M. 1995::3vz-e Engine: Mfi System: Diagnosis System (4RUNNER)" Continue down the page and check your flash out codes and compare them to the chart to find out what part is bad. Test that part with a voltmeter and determine if it needs replacing. If you can not do the testing, at least go to the mechanic with the FSM test information and results, so he can actually test a part himself.
Don't fall for the misfire, "I think it could be this part". You will replace everything on the truck and still have a problem...
