Installing LCD coils only(for now)?

I've got a 95, 3.0, 5 speed 4runner. Has severe butt sag. There is 1/4" between the rear rubber bump stop and spring plate perch. (ok, I have 4 tires in the rear cargo area as well, but it still sits low). I just got my LC coils in the mail today and want to install them. A few questions first.
1) can I install the coils now, and BJ spacers in a few weeks? I know the rear end will be higher, but how much?
2) do I have to install new/correct length shocks at the same time?
3) why does the pro portioning valve have to be relocate?
4) can I get by leaving brake lines alone?
This is my DD, but second vehicle, and just dont have all the correct parts yet to fully complete the lift. Tires are 31 x10.5 x15 and vehicle is used 99% on highways. What do you guys think?

1. Probably a good 3" or more. Might need to adjust the headlights if they end up pointing into the ground. Also, you might find the caster angle change up front will change the steering response, so give it a test rive or two before doing any high speed driving.

2. Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how long the shocks you have now are and how they sit with the new springs. If they limit the up travel too much, the ride may not be too pleasant.

3. See below:

4. You'll find out when you instal the springs. If the brake line in back is pulled too tight, then relocate it or install a longer line.
