Identify this bar please.

Im not sure what bar this is called but this picture is where it connects on the drivers side front wheel A arm. The bar runs under vehicle to passenger side. It bolts on passenger side but nut missing on drivers side and It doesnt appear to be a threaded bolt. IFS stock 2nd gneration...thanks guys

Thanks Mathew. Whats does it connect to on the drivers side and how? It doesnt seem to be threaded.

the big part from one side of the truck to the other is the sway bar. the part that goes from the sway bar to the lower control arm is the sway bar end link

Looking closer, you will find that it was threaded at one time! The threads have probably been stripped out.
You can go to a parts store and get what you need to fix it. All you need is a couple of sway bar end links. They should come w the necessary hardware.

If you have trouble with parts or high costs... lot's of people have removed these sway bars entirely.

You'll get more body roll but may increase independent wheel travel off road.

If the bar has in effect been disconnected due to the missing hardware, you probably have already adjusted to the handling characteristics without even realizing it.
