Have you bothered to look in your owner's manual?

How about pulling fuses in the fuse box to see which one is blown?

yeah, I have already... none of the fuses are blown... it seems odd that both lights would go out and its not worth paying for the new bulbs if that isnt the issue....

You'd think that they would have their own fuse, but I don't know. Possibly the wires, or a connection grounded out, or something causing your lights to burn out. Maybe the switch for the outlets is fried. Loose connection is also possible. Your best bet is to get a voltage tester to see if you are getting power at the outlets, and at the climate control lights.

Well first rick that was a pretty esoteric question and you have to give folks a chance to find it... sometimes it might take a few weeks to get an answer on somethings also you did'nt tell us which model/yr you were having trouble with. When you ask a question more information is better then less, a lot of our members tend to specialize on the vehicles/yrs they have had/worked on while others are more generalized in their knowledge.

Try looking through the online FSMs linky https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f123...-url-s-102344/

the ncttora link has the most comprehensive selection of models/years
look up the electrical diagrams for your model and it might give you an idea.
