if its got a SBC in it, there is a good chance it doesn't have yota axles, but I second the photos, especially of the front/rear axles, specifically the 3rds.

Don't the noses of 82's curve down significantly more than later years? The lines for what's left of those fenders look straight.

I'm voting 86-88 that's had an axle thrown under it.

flash not sure exactly what you meant by look at the steering wheel but it has three horn buttons. if that makes a difference. so it looks like its 2 votes pre 84 1 vote 85-88. thanks for any input guys it helps alot.

Front axle will tell year range by the lower truss on driver side.

Impossible to tell convlusively from your blurry front axle pic.

84/85 full truss
81/83 half
79/80 none

yeah not sure why front pic turned out blurry and rear came out clear i will take another one tomorrow from a few different spots. there is no dashboard in it and i didnt see a tag on the driver door either. so no vin unless they put it on the frame somewhere i am not aware of.

Nobody has any comments on that truck?? That thing is a beast... that front bumper looks hazardous..hahaha. The ends look like they were just torched off leaving a jagged edge left. Love duct tape drain pipe snorkel. I wish I had a truck like that sometimes to just mob the heck out of and not worry about anything on it.

yea that looks like an '82 to me.

it's not an 79-80 for sure..cuz my '80 axle didn't have the small truss.

i wouldn't think it's an 84-88 cuz of the cab....but anything is possible.
