I got a set of hella 500s and I cant figure out how to sucure them. The instructions show a rubber or plastic washer of some kind inside of the metal bracket that locks the up-down adjustment, but my kit doesnt have them and they arent on the part list. Is this a common problem? How do you guys get past this?

Contact hella.com for that part or visit Lowes/Home Depot. If those options fail, ACE hardware has everything.

 

I looked at two sets of hella 500's I have on the shelf, this is what they have:

 

dropzone, mine is missing the black piece between the light itself and the metal bracket. did urs come with that or did u fab it up urself?

 

update:
I bought some neoprene washers from Home Depot and used them to mount the 500s
