Header Flange?

i wanted to weld a flange to my new catalytic converter so i could bolt it to the header pipe. does anyone know what size flange i would need to buy. i was also thinking of just cutting the flange off the stock catalytic converter cleaning it then welding that to the new cat but i figured buying a flange would probably be easier. Btw i have a 1994 4x4 ext cab toyota pickup. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the flange from your old catalytic converter is still in good condition, then why not just cut it off and reuse it ?.

lol that would be a good idea still but someone cut our pipes and stole the cat today during school.. so the flange is gone now along with the header flange

the exhaust shop should have flanges there for you. At least a good one will. , trust me you don't want to weld it in like I did with my header to my exhaust, it's a heck of a lot easier in the case of a tear down of the motor is you ever need to do it when you have to keep the header in the truck and remove the head/block.

they cut the pipe before where the flanges meet. im not welding the cat to the header pipe cuz i eventually wanna get new headers and just bolt em together i dont care if the cat is welded to the pipe goin to the muffler.
